The Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei will be hosting an arbitrator's training at its Taipei headquarter on June 2-3 and June 9-10, 2012. The program is designed to introduce arbitration and mediation to practicing lawyers and professionals who wish to learn more about alternative dispute resolution procedures.
The program is divided into six parts:

V. Introduction to Mediation - James C. C. Ku, Founding Partner, Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law
VI. Arbitrators Code of Conduct - Lillian Chu, Partner, Tsar and Tsai Attorneys-at-Law
