- 國際交流
以調解、仲裁機制解決商務爭議在國際間日益受到重視。本會積極參與國際上相關調解、仲裁議題活動，除為「亞太區域仲裁組織」(Asia-Pacific Regional Arbitration Group, APRAG)成員外，並與台灣大學合作發行調解、仲裁學術性英文期刊及定期舉辦以英文進行之「台北國際仲裁暨調解研討會」；發行英文通訊，適時提供國際或台灣之調解與仲裁動態訊息，以提昇本會國際能見度。
