The transcript of second hearing dated March 6, and the documents dated March 12, 2019 (CAA-1080321) and March 27, 2019 (CAA-1080398) serve to Orient Thai Airlines Company Limited (the Respondent) by Overseas Publication.

Basis:

Regarding the service by publication, the Arbitral Tribunal applies mutatis mutandis Subparagraphs 1 and 3, Paragraph 1, Article 149, Article 150 and Article 151 of the Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure in accordance with Article 27 of the Taiwan Arbitration Law.

Announcement:

1.The arbitration (CASE NO. 105–Zong-Sheng-AI-034) is requested by the Air Asia Company Limited (AACL) (the Claimant) for amount of fees.

2.The Documents mentioned above are currently kept by the clerk at the Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA). The Respondent may collect the Document at CAA at any time.

3.The document dated March 12, 2019 (CAA-1080321) is notice of sending Claimant’s “Argument Summary Brief.” The document dated March 28, 2019 (CAA-1080398) is notice of serving Arbitral Award.
