依    據：本事件仲裁庭依仲裁法第27條準用民事訴訟法第149條第1項第1款及第151條為公示送達。

公告事項：一、本事件是104仲雄聲義字第013號聲請人南美特科技股份有限公司請求給付賠償金仲裁事件。

二、應送達之十二份文書及其附件、六份詢問會紀錄現由本會高雄辦事處保管，相對人得隨時來會領取。

三、104年12月22日(104)仲雄業字第1040276號函是檢送仲裁聲請書並請相對人等選任仲裁人；105年5月4日（105）仲雄業字第1050090號函是函請仲裁人共推主任仲裁人；106年7月11日（106）仲雄業字第1060165號函開會通知是通知本事件於106年11月10日下午3時在本會高雄辦事處（高雄市一心二路128號14樓）第二會議室召開第七次詢問會，敬請按時到會。

To conduct service of notice by publication to the Respondent, CHEMAT ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LLC., for documents including: Request for Arbitration, Supplementary Statements (1-6), Application to Order Witness, Arbitration Reports (1-2), and Arbitration Reports (dated 6 April 2017 and 20 June 2017) submitted by the Claimant to the Chinese Arbitration Association (hereinafter CAA), the Minutes of Hearing (the First Hearing to the Sixth Hearing), the CAA Letters (104) Zhong Xiong Ye No. 1040276 dated 22 December 2015, and (105) Zhong Xiong Ye No. 1050090 dated 4 May 2016, and Notification Letter (106) Zhong Xiong Ye No. 1060165 dated 11 July 2017.

 

Legal Basis:

This service of notice by publication is ordered by the Arbitral Tribunal of the Case in accordance with Article 27 of the Arbitration Law, on which Article 149.1.1 and Article 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis.

 

Content of Notice:

1. This matter concerns the Arbitration Case (104 Zhong Xiong Sheng Yi No. 013) regarding a claim of compensation submitted by Nanmat Technology Co., Ltd.


2. Twelve copies of documents and their attachments, and six copies of Minutes of Hearing subject to service are now deposited in CAA - Kaohsiung Office, and the Respondent may come to collect the documents at any time.


3. Letter (104) Zhong Xiong Ye No. 1040276 dated 22 December 2015 concerns the service of the Request for Arbitration and the request addressed to the Respondent to appoint an arbitrator; Letter (105) Zhong Xiong Ye No. 1050090 dated 4 May 2016 concerns the request addressed to the Arbitrators to choose the Presiding Arbitrator; Letter (106) Zhong Xiong Ye No. 1060165 dated 11 July 2017 contains the notification of the Seventh Hearing of this Case to be held at the Second Meeting Room of CAA – Kaohsiung Office (Address: 14F., No.128, Yixin 2nd Rd., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan) on 10 November 2017, at 3 pm. Please attend the Hearing on time.
